Shipping Information (General)

The KJV Store uses multiple Shipping carriers that depend largely on where the order ships from. These freight carriers include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.  UPS is our preferred carrier for most shipments.  We offer shipping to virtually any destination worldwide including the Continental U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) all U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico) Canada, and most International Countries. The KJV Store reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location for any order or any customer deemed as potentially untrustworthy or fraudulent by our shipping department. In such instances, all payments will be voided or refunded at our discretion and no products will be shipped pending further investigation.

We do not require a signature at the time of delivery for most shipments. Our carriers are instructed to leave packages at a safe location on our customer's property such as the doorstep or porch. This aspect of the shipping process is ultimately controlled by each individual delivery person/package handler involved at the time of final delivery and ultimately cannot be controlled by our company.

Shipping Cost

To view the shipping cost of any item or items, either add them to your shopping cart, under Shipping click "ADD+", select your Country, State/Province, City, and Zip code, then click "Estimate Shipping". The shipping cost that appears is the actual cost and not an estimate.  OR for an even faster shipping quote, select the blue "CHECKOUT" button and enter your complete Shipping Address.

Bogard Press Shipping Options: 
Bogard Press Items include: Sunday School Curriculum, Vacation Bible School, and Fellowship Bible Study. 

- Orders $25.00 or Less:      $7.95 - FedEx Smart Post (5 to 10 Business Days) 
- Orders $25.01 - $50.00:      $12.50 - FedEx Smart Post (5 to 10 Business Days) 
- Orders $50.01 – $99.99:     $17.50 - FedEx Ground (5 to 10 Business Days) 
- Orders $100.00 and Up:     15% of Order Total + $2.50 - FedEx Ground (5 to 10 Business Days)

All Bogard Press products ship directly from Bogard Press in Texas and will be shipped separately from all non-Bogard Press items in your order. It may take as long as 3-7 days for orders to be shipped by Bogard Press depending on their order/warehouse volume at the time. We apologize, but Rush Shipping options are not available on Bogard Press shipments. Due to rising freight charges, all Bogard Press orders with a sub-total of less than $50.00 will be shipped FedEx Smart Post with tracking. Delivery on these shipments will take 1 to 2 weeks. Orders over $50.00 will be shipped FedEx Ground with tracking.  All shipments to PO Box addresses will be USPS.

 

Expedited and Guaranteed Shipping Times
3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air guaranteed shipping methods are available for Continental U.S. Customers Only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) on all items not otherwise specified on our website.

Expedited orders placed before 9:00 A.M. C.S.T. and Shipping from our Primary Warehouse will be shipped the Same Business Day. Expedited orders placed after 9:00 A.M. C.S.T. and Shipping from TN or PA will be shipped the Next Business Day.

Fedex/UPS 3rd Day (3 Business Days) EXAMPLES (Order must be placed before 9:00 A.M. C.S.T.): 3rd Day orders shipped on Monday will arrive on Thursday. 3rd Day orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Wednesday.   Arrival time is guaranteed within 4 business days of shipment by the end of the business day.  The day that the product ships does not count as 1 of the 3 days according to FedEx and UPS.  Shipments are traceable and insured. Tracking information is available in the "My Account" section on our website and will also be emailed on these shipments.  Saturday delivery is unavailable.  Delivery time is guaranteed by the freight carrier only. The KJV Store is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to uncontrollable factors such as errors by freight carriers or inclement weather. Fedex/UPS 2nd Day (2 Business Days) EXAMPLES (Order must be placed before 9:00 A.M. C.S.T.):

2nd Day orders shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday. 2nd Day orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday.

Arrival time is guaranteed 2 business days after shipment by the end of the business day. Shipments are traceable and insured. Fedex/UPS Next Day (Next Business Day)

Next Day orders shipped on Monday will arrive on Tuesday. Next Day orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.

Standard Shipping Times

At The KJV Store, we take pride in our fast-growing reputation for quality customer service and unbeatable selection of King James Version Bibles and products.  This reputation also includes ultra-fast turn-around times on most orders. Items shipping from our Primary Warehouses in TN and PA will usually ship the same business day if placed before 9:00 A.M. C.S.T.  Other items such as most Case Specials and other special orders, are shipped directly from the publisher of that item.  This allows us to pass the additional bulk / case quantity savings from the publisher on to our customers.  Most of these orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business day of the order being placed.

There are some instances where 3 to 5 business days will be required for shipment, which is typically reserved for Bogard Press Shipments.   Any mistakes or delays in shipment experienced by the customer will be addressed promptly by our staff.  If you experience any kind of problem with delivery of an order, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. 

APO/FPO Military Shipments

The KJV Store is honored to ship products to all military personnel serving our country abroad. Shipments to FPO and APO Military addresses are via USPS Mail with the choice of Media Mail or Priority Mail at checkout. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses.  Customer should enter APO or FPO in the "City" field of their address and should select "Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, or Armed Forces Pacific" from the State/Province drop down menu. Shipments are only guaranteed to reach the destination entered at checkout. Responsibility for final delivery to the individual recipient rests with the particular military entity that handles each shipment, and not with The KJV Store. APO/FPO Delivery Time is not Guaranteed.

 

Inmate, Prison, and Correctional Facility Shipments 

The KJV Store is honored to ship products to all inmates, prisons, and correctional facilities on behalf of those individuals and their families. We have been successfully delivering packages to prisons since our inception. Most prisons do not accept packages from individuals, instead requiring that shipments be mailed directly from a bookstore or publisher. Shipments to inmates and prisons are via USPS Mail.  Many prisons will not accept hardcover books of any kind. Most Softcover, Paperback, and Flexible Leather products are acceptable. It is the customer's responsibility to know the individual prison's policy before ordering. The KJV Store cannot be held responsible for shipments that are refused by a prison due to factors beyond our control, or due to any method besides USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail being selected at Checkout. Prison/Correctional Facility Delivery Time is not Guaranteed.
